Integration with Rod Page's bibliography parser

Users should be able to parse unstructured bibliographic reference lists using Rod's bibliographic parser tool (http://bioguid.info/references/), directly into their sites bibliographic module. If Rod was returning XML this should be easy to do.

CSV not XML
Rather than returning XML, it would be much more preferable if Rod were returning CSV files which could then be imported in to the Biblio module directly using the Node Import module
