Now that this is dynamically rebuilt we need to think about how we enhance the template. Is there a way we can give a (very) restricted set of users the ability to modify the "starting" Scratchpad template, and for this to periodically (and automatically) form the basis for the update of the Sandbox? Specifc things that should be added to this template (and thus the Sandbox) include a site ClustrMap and a GoogleMap API key, with the GMap and Location module. We also need to active profiles by default to give each user their own personal "space" on a site, and we need to alter some of the permissions (for things like URL alias's and comments). Finally we also need to sort out a decent Captcha.
